Close to many shops and stores such as McDonalds, restaurants and bars, Monoprix, Franprix etc but also to the iconic Mouffetard Street and famous monuments such as the Pantheon, its location is ideal. In addition, a bus stop is just at the bottom of the building and a 2-minute walk away, there is a metro station. The rent is €1200 with water, internet and coproperty charges included.
