Com uma entrada separada, tem uma cozinha completa com uma máquina de lavar louça e uma máquina de lavar roupa exclusivas e está bem equipada, com grandes prateleiras para guardar roupas, uma cama de casal confortável e uma mesa alta. Além disso, o jardim exterior partilhado com outros hóspedes oferece uma pequena mesa e duas cadeiras exclusivamente para si. O acesso ao estúdio é feito a partir de um pequeno jardim encantador onde pode tomar o pequeno-almoço a ouvir o som dos pássaros da manhã ou relaxar com um aperitivo no final do dia.
