Supermärkte und alle Geschäfte des täglichen Lebens sind in einem Radius von 300m zu erreichen. Restaurants liegen unweit entfernt. Der Bahnhof liegt nur 400m entfernt und verbindet alle Destinationen wie Düsseldorf, Köln, Dormagen, Leverkusen. Der Flughafen Düsseldorf ist mit der S11 zu erreichen.
