If the flat is too dirty there is an extra charge: 10€/hour/person. - Individual AC unit in each room ( a must in Murcia, very hot ) - Rental periods: September to January or February to June. - The rent must be paid between days 1 and15 of the previous months. Never later. - The deposit must be paid before moving in and it will be returned if the flat is left in the same condition as received.
