There is a tram / Straßenbahn station just a few steps from the house and two U-Bahn stations of two different U-Bahn lines each considerably less than five minutes on foot away. In the direct vicinity of the Apartment you can resch everything you need from supermarkets and other shops, to bakeries and restaurants, also both the TUM and LMU universities and several significant museums are easily reachable on foot. Also several green areas are just a few steps away.
