Monthly costs: - €1,300.00/month: rent; - €200.00/month: condominium fees; - €200.00/month: utilities (gas, water, electricity, wifi); Total monthly costs: €1,700.00 One-off costs: - €1,300.00: security deposit (which will be refunded after checking the condition of the apartment at check-out); - €170.00: customer care (every day from 9 am to 9 pm), contract opening and closing costs, check-in and check-out in person; - €200.00: final cleaning after check-out; Total one-off costs: €1,670.00 Linen is not included.
