Appartamento open space su due livelli separati da scala larga e agevole, finemente ristrutturato a settembre 2024 e molto luminoso, al 5° piano con ascensore di un condominio di ringhiera con portineria mezza giornata. Si trova a 3 minuti a piedi dalla fermata metro rossa M1 - LIMA in un quartiere centrale e con ogni servizio. Al piano terra si trovano il bagno finestrato con doccia, il cucinotto con lavatrice, la zona salotto e pranzo; salendo le scale, sul soppalco con altezza minima 200 cm ma che arriva fino a 270 cm, si trova la camera da letto ed un'ampia cabina armadio. Al piano terra del condominio è possibile lasciare la bicicletta. Il costo “canone TV” si riferisce in realtà alla rata mensile del condominio ma questa opzione non è presente su questo portale. REGOLE DELLA CASA: - Al momento dell'arrivo nell'appartamento è necessario firmare il contrato di affitto in italiano secondo le leggi italiane; - La casa deve essere sempre tenuta in condizioni di igiene e decoro; - E' necessario rispettare la privacy e la tranquillità dei vicini; - Al momento del check-out nell'appartamento non deve essere presente spazzatura, cibo o liquidi; - Verranno fissati degli appuntamenti in cui la proprietà controllerà lo stato dell'immobile; - In caso di recesso anticipato del contratto d’affitto il preavviso richiesto è di 3 (tre) mesi tramite e-mail; qualora non venisse rispettato questo termine il conduttore rinuncia espressamente alla restituzione della caparra: l’affitto già pagato, invece, non verrà comunque restituito. REQUESTED DOCUMENTS: 1-Passport, identity card for European citizens, residence permits are not accepted as identity documents, they must always be accompanied by a passport or ID card. 2- Tourist visa in possession, can be delivered too upon arrival together with an entry stamp to the country. 3- Legal address of residence in the country of origin. 4- Tax Italian Code ( codice fiscale) we don't accept just the number, it should be a document or card. 5- Registration accepted by the school, employment contracts, business trips, courses, internships, treatments, medical visits or hospitalizations, other things to be evaluated.
