This spectacular apartment is located in one of the most exclusive areas of the Costa del Sol, the Incosol Urbanization, in Marbella. A quiet urbanization, with well-kept gardens and a communal pool. The apartment, which is located on the first floor, has been recently renovated and decorated with great detail. It is very bright and has a spacious living room, a large terrace with spectacular views, a fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. From the hall, we can access the living-dining room, a large room with an elegant and very careful decoration, very bright thanks to its windows and the terrace, one of the most pleasant parts of the house, facing south, fully equipped with Outdoor furniture for the living area, another for the dining room and some beautiful hammocks from which to enjoy the wonderful weather that the Costa del Sol offers most of the year and from which we will have wonderful views. Also from the living room we will have access to the kitchen, which is equipped with all the appliances and household items necessary for your stay. The master bedroom is a beautiful, very bright room due to its direct connection to the terrace and it has two beds of 105 x 200 cm. built in wardrobes and a flat screen tv. In the second bedroom, we will find a large double bed with measures of 150 x 200 cm and built-in wardrobes. The house is ideal to disconnect and enjoy the best holidays in one of the most exclusive areas of the Costa del Sol, in addition, very close to the house we can find the famous Trocadero Arena chiringuito and the La Cañada shopping center with a wide range of shops and supermarkets and the beach of Marbella, which is a 5 minute drive away. ** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**. During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
