You will be next to the "Rastro", which is a street market that takes place every Sunday. If you like to go out to eat or party, you are 5 minutes from the "La Latina" neighborhood, which is full of restaurants, old taverns and clubs. If you like shopping, you can walk to Gran Vía, although if you come loaded with bags, you will surely prefer to take the metro back, since the Puerta de Toledo stop is less than 30 meters from the apartment. Next to the stop there is a bicycle rental base and several bus stops. And if you like running or you just want to go on a picnic, you might want to go to the Madrid Río park, which you can walk to in 10 minutes. It has been recently restored and, like other similar buildings in Madrid, it is protected due to its age. The bed is double and very comfortable, and up to 4 people can eat in the dining room in case you want to invite someone. And if someone sleeps over, the sofa becomes a bed.
