The room has a private bathroom, flat-screen TV, air conditioning, a study desk and shelves. It also has several windows, which provide great lighting to the room. All common areas are fully renovated, furnished and are very spacious, to facilitate the coexistence of all residents. The kitchen has a double refrigerator-freezer and the living room has a large screen, ample study areas and large windows with impressive views of the city. The building has a physical concierge and an elevator. Cleaning of common areas is included. Here are some things you should know: Important clarifications: 1) We will send an email to the tenants to request their passports and university acceptance letters. Once they provide these documents, we will send them the contract for review and signature. 2) The payment of the security deposit, agency fee and provision of utilities must be made before the start date of the contract. 3) All our apartments have active WiFi, electricity, water and gas. Tenants do not have to worry about activating these services. 4) Our services include fortnightly cleaning of the common areas of the apartment. 5) Check-in times are on the contract start date from 3pm to 6pm.
