Cleaning service provided, as well as a change of bed linens and towels, and one weekly laundry wash. The room features a very comfortable bed, a desk, lighting, a wardrobe, and a dresser. The building has an elevator, a penthouse, a concierge service, and a metro station just a 2-minute walk away. There are commercial services, a pharmacy, and a large park (Dehesa de la Villa) in the area. I have two rooms available, each for one student, preferably female. Please check availability.
