It’s designed with both comfort and practicality in mind, offering an open-plan layout with a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy lounge area, and a modern bathroom with shower, towels, shampoo, and all essentials included. Enjoy modern appliances such as a washing machine, Smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating via split unit, as well as a fully stocked kitchen with a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, fridge with freezer, microwave, oven, vitroceramic cooktop, and all basic utensils. An iron and drying rack are also available for your convenience. Thanks to its privileged location, you can walk to the Gran Vía, Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor, Plaza de España, and the Royal Palace, all within 10–15 minutes. You're also perfectly connected via metro lines 1 and 5, with Callao and Gran Vía stations just a few steps away, making commuting across the city easy and efficient. Accommodation is only available for temporary stays of more than 30 days. It is mandatory to sign a contract after booking and send a document proving the reason for the trip, which must be for work, health, or study purposes (never for tourist purposes). In case of non-compliance, we will cancel the reservation with possible penalties.
