The apartment is large and bright and is fully furnished with all appliances and utensils necessary for living. The apartment is to be shared with 3 other roommates between 20 and 30 years old, all of them students or workers. As for the apartment, it has two full bathrooms for the enjoyment of the tenants and a modern kitchen fully equipped and furnished with all the necessary kitchen utensils for a good coexistence. The building has a doorman and elevator and there is no problem in receiving parcels, since in case you are not at home when the deliveryman comes, he will leave it with the concierge to deliver it to you later. As for the profile we are looking for, we would like you to be a sociable, respectful and clean person to create a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere.
