My flat sits in a prime location in bustling Marylebone and is just a stone's away from Selfridges and Oxford Circus. Bond Street Station (Central, Jubilee and Elizabeth) is 7 minutes by foot, while Baker Street Station (Bakerloo, City and Hammersmith) is further away at 13 minutes on foot and is close to Hyde Park. The flat is a modest 40m2 size and impeccably furnished with an urban-industrial chic design. It comprises an open-living concept of a fully-equipped kitchen that can handle light cooking and has a kitchen island with barstools for meals or can be used as extra-prep space. The sofa by the window is plush and great for relaxing and unwinding after a long day. Make yourself a cup of coffee with the complimentary machine we provide, and catch up on all your favourite shows on the TV. The bedroom and bathroom come with glass doors that let in natural light and offer some privacy. The bedroom has a double bed lined in hotel-quality linens to ensure a comfortable night's sleep and a chest of drawers. The bathroom has a unique character of checkerboard floors and moss-green cabinets: a walk-in shower, a towel warmer and a washing machine to freshen up your clothes conveniently. Towels and toiletries are provided as well. The flat is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home! Other things to note This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
