Alternatively, you can opt for a monthly service package that includes weekly towel replacements for an additional fee; - A weekly cleaning service for common areas and rooms is included in the rent; - Utility Bills: €50 per room/month, included in the rent; - Parties: Not allowed; - Overnight Guests: Permitted for up to 5 nights per month, with a maximum room occupancy of 2 people.
