Room in a 10-Bedroom Apartment: The room is equipped with 1 bunk bed, a desk, a lamp, storage space, and a TV. It also has a key and can be locked for your privacy. We clean the common areas daily, providing liquid soap and toilet paper. A monthly room cleaning is included, along with a change of bed linen and towels. Please note that there is no washing machine, but there is space to hang out laundry. A low-cost self-service petrol station is just a 2-minute walk away. In the kitchen, there are 2 large combined refrigerators, one for each floor. A hairdryer is provided in the bathrooms. On each floor, there is also a set of irons and ironing boards available. Additionally, there is a large shared terrace. Please Note: - Children under 16 are not allowed. - Smoking is not permitted indoors, but there are several designated areas for smoking in the garden, on the terrace, and on the balconies. - The mentioned price is for one person, and an additional charge of 100 euros applies for each extra person.
