Furnished with a cozy bed and it offers ample storage space for personal belongings. Located in Areeiro, this home offers easy access to a variety of transports, such as the metro line (Roma – green line) and train station (Roma-Areeiro), pharmacies, supermarkets and universities are conveniently located nearby, making everyday life more convenient. The house itself is spacious and well equipped, with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathroom which 2 of them are private). The kitchen has all the necessary appliances and utensils for cooking meals. Please note: - Payment: Must be completed 72 hours before check-in directly to the landlord. This includes the last month’s rent, security deposit, and Administration fee. - Monthly Cleaning Fee: €25. Additional cleaning available upon request. - Utilities: Included up to €25 per tenant. - Bedding: Pillows, duvet, and bed sheets are not provided. - Check-ins: Available Monday to Saturday, from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM. No check-ins on Sundays or public holidays. -Cleaning of the common areas is provided at least twice a month. - If the rental is for two people, there is an extra cost of 100 euros on top of the rent you see in the listing.
