Studio located next to public transportations with direct connections to all universities. 250 meters from HEC Hazinelle and various shops, 500 meters from the heart of the city centre. The street is very quiet and safe. The kitchen is full furnished with freezer, fridge, dishes, taoster, senseo etc. The landlords do not live in the building but you can contact them 24/7 in case of emergency and during working hours for anything. Common areas are cleaned twice a week, the building is well maintained, casual atmosphere, ideal place to study and make new friends! Washing machine at your disposal (use is not free of charge). - Floor heating, triple glazing, air conditioning. -Television - Large shared garden with barbecue set. - Secure door with cameras. - bedsheets is included. You will have to pay the bills on top of the rent and this will include electricity, gas, water, internet, cleaning of common areas, moving-in-and-out cleaning and all city taxes. This payment will be due when moving in, for the entire period.
