I am subletting my beautifully designed loft apartment for approximately two months (August–September 2026) while travelling. This unique 125 sqm loft stands out with its striking industrial style, high ceilings, and thoughtfully curated, high-quality furnishings. The apartment offers a spacious and modern living environment with an exceptional aesthetic. The layout includes a large open-plan living and dining area, one bedroom, and 2.5 rooms in total. The bathroom features both a walk-in shower and a bathtub. In addition, the apartment offers a separate guest toilet, a small storage room, hallway, and two balconies. A private cellar compartment is also available. The fully equipped, high-end kitchen includes premium built-in appliances from Gaggenau and Miele. The entire apartment is fully furnished to a high standard and maintained in a very clean and stylish condition.
