Windsor Palms community offers 24/7 manned entrance, resort style clubhouse, business center, movie theater, arcade room, fitness room, volleyball court, two tennis courts, basketball court, BBQ & Picnic area, large outdoor heated community pool & spa, kids splash area and poolside shop. Just a few minutes away is the Formosa Gardens Shopping Village which has a large supermarket, shops and a good selection of restaurants including TGI Fridays, Outback Steak House, Buffalo Wild Wings, Carrabba's, Cracker Barrel, Taco Bell, Subway and Red Lobster. Nearby Rolling Oaks Common is home to a Super Target supermarket, Ross, TJ Max, Olive Garden, On The Border, Longhorn Steakhouse, Bahama Breeze, Panera Bread, Sweet Tomatoes, Logan’s, Texas Roadhouse, Joes Crab Shack, Pollo Tropical, Panda Express, Bonefish Grill, Hooters, Orlando Ale House and Applebee’s. Also, Publix Supermarket and a 24 hour Super Wal-Mart are close by. Disney is only 3 miles that can be reached in about 10 minutes, Universal Studios in about 25 minutes and SeaWorld in about 20 minutes. Atlantic coast beaches can be reached in about 45 minutes, gulf coast in about 60 minutes and Orlando International is 25 minutes. Our 6 bedroom 3.5 bathroom villa at Windsor Palms has two master en-suites downstairs with one leading onto the pool area. Bedroom 1 downstairs is a king master with a T.V and en-suite bathroom with full bath. Bedroom 2 downstairs is a king master with a T.V and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 downstairs is a bunkbed bedroom with a T.V and access to a small half bathroom. Bedroom 4 upstairs is a twin bedroom with a T.V and a shared bathroom. Bedroom 5 upstairs is a queen bedroom with a T.V. and a shared bathroom. Bedroom 6 upstairs is a king master with T.V. and a shared bathroom. The family room has a sofas, a big TV for you to enjoy. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you could need, a dishwasher, microwave, stove and fridge freezer. The breakfast nook/dining area has a table that provides seating for six. There is a large screened pool which can be heated if required for an additional charge. The spacious pool deck offers a lanai with sun loungers, a table and chairs. There is a separate laundry room with a washer and dryer. The garage houses the games room which has a foosballl table and ping pong table. The phone is free for incoming calls plus local calls are also free. There is free Wi-Fi so just bring your devices and log in. Please note that the Community allows only 4 cars per property. No commercial vechicles, trailers, boats, etc are not allowed in the community. See below what's not allowed in the community.
