The apartment is located in the heart of Graz and is only 3 min. walk away from the most popular place amongst locals, the Lendplatz. Even though it is that central, it is ultra quiet because it is directly facing the beautiful Volksgarten park. Furthermore you are perfectly connected to all tram lines (1 min walk to the station). In only 600m walk (or 2 tram stops) you will reach the main square of Graz. The accommodation: The apartment is very spacious and offers only the highest quality equipment so that you can really enjoy your stay. It is located on the 4th floor with elevator. It is fully equipped (kitchen, bedding etc. etc.) has a bike storage and is very quiet. So you can move in only with your personal belongings. In the bedroom, the king-size + bed (2.2m x 2.1m), light-blocking shutters and the palm tree painting guarantee you a wonderful night's sleep. And the view of the Schlossberg from the balcony facing the park is a particularly good way to end the day. The unique bedroom and the balcony number 1 with the Schlossberg view were hand-painted by a Brazilian artist, creating a pleasant impression of a holiday in the apartment. The large living-dining area offers space for 6 people and the comfortable designer couch is a great place to watch TV. Instead of cable TV, there is an Amazon Fire Stick available where you just need to log in with your Amazon or Netflix account. The living room has another 8 m2 balcony that has a wonderful morning sun. The very spacious bathroom has a wonderful rain shower and has a washing machine with dryer. The apartment offers you more than enough space to make yourself comfortable and have a perfect stay in Graz. Be quick and enjoy your stay in Graz.
