Next to the bathroom, with a glass shower cubicle, is the double bedroom, with a practical wardrobe and a small walk-in wardrobe with everything needed to keep the house tidy. The real highlight of this apartment is its privileged location: situated in a quiet side street of Via dei Neri, you will find yourself in the beating heart of the historic centre, surrounded by leather shops, restaurants and places where you can enjoy Tuscan delicacies, such as the famous “schiacciate” dell'Antico Vinaio. This street connects the famous Piazza della Signoria, with its majestic Palazzo Vecchio, and the Santa Croce area, with its Basilica of the same name. The flat is located in a pedestrian zone within the ZTL, making it the perfect starting point for exploring Florence on foot and having an authentic experience in this unique cradle of art and culture. We kindly inform you that for stays over 30 nights, Guests are required to complete the AA4/8 form for the Italian Revenue Agency, which is essential for obtaining the necessary Tax Code for the stay. This step is mandatory for contract registration purposes and must be completed before arrival please. You will recceive the attached document via email, after the reservation has been confirmed. Extra for stays over 30 nights: The costs for utilities (water, electricity, gas, waste tax and condominium) are the responsibility of the tenant for the period of stay.
