The apartment is located on the second floor, accessible by elevator. Upon entering, you will find a living room with a comfortable sofa that overlooks a very bright dining area, a modern, fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, oven, induction cooktop, dishwasher, and microwave. The large rustic table in the living room can easily be converted into a workspace/office area. A smart TV is also available. To the right, there is a laundry area with a washing machine and two bathrooms, both equipped with showers.
