The old city center, Kö, Hofgarten, Rhine, etc. are just about 10min walking away or can be reached by tram in a few minutes. The close by tram takes you pretty much everywhere important (Airport, Trade Fair, Main Station, Media Harbor, etc.) within a few minutes. Some of the cities best bars and restaurants are just in a few minutes walking distance away. Across the building is a kindergarden and a playground. On request we can arrange a wonderful cleaning lady that you can be booked weekly or monthly.
