The flat is a beautiful old building, built around 1900: high ceilings and high-quality wooden parquet flooring. The flat faces south and is therefore beautifully bright and flooded with light. The balcony is also sunny all day long. You have a great view of Louisenstraße. The entire Neustadt is a Wilhelminian-style neighbourhood and has retained its charm. This flat has approx. 70 square metres with two bedrooms, bathroom, living room and kitchen. The two bedrooms each have a cosy double bed. The second bedroom has a work area with a desk. In the living room you will find a cosy seating area with a leather sofa, armchairs, a smart TV and a large dining area at a designer oak table. The kitchen is of course fully equipped with SIEMENS hob and oven, SMEG fridge, BOSCH dishwasher and kettle and everything else you need to cook delicious meals. It is a 15-minute walk through the beautiful baroque quarter to the old town or 5 minutes by tram.
