Here are the details of the room for rent: ✅ En-Suite Bedroom: This spacious and comfortable bedroom comes with its own en-suite bathroom, providing you with privacy and convenience. ✅ Deposit: To make moving in hassle-free, we require a 200 euros deposit for the room, as well as a 100 euros deposit for bed linen and duvet. Both deposits will be returned at the end of your stay if everything is as it was on the date of check-in. ✅ Weekly Cleaning: Say goodbye to the hassle of cleaning common areas. We include weekly cleaning of common spaces in the rent, ensuring a tidy and pleasant living environment. ✅ Bills: Please note that bills (internet, electricity, water, and gas) are not included in the rent, but they typically average around 40 euros per tenant.
