Full electric apartment (no gas at all, only electric equipment), with power limit extended to 5,5KWh! to avoid any discomfort. Italian Ceramic design on the floor (Gres), new fixture energy saving, wide shower cm. 70x110 Ideally suited for Digital Nomads, Students, and Professionals. Enjoy excellent connectivity with Fiber and high speed wi-fi and amazing connection to Rome downtown and Metro A, with trains departing every 5-10 minutes going to the main train station, Roma Termini. Convenient access to La Sapienza and Tor Vergata University and Hospital, as well as ESA/ESRIN, Castelli Romani, Appia Antica Regional Park. All essential services are within walking distance, and Ciampino Airport is easily accessible within 10 minutes by public transportation. Your host is fluent in English and has personal experience as a student abroad. The condominium fee is included in the rent. A deposit of 2 months is required at check-in and will be returned at the end of the stay if no damage has occurred to the property. A cleaning of the flat every two weeks is offered by the Host!!
