Location: This apartment is close to most of the major sights and surrounded by the picturesque streets of Budapest, just a few minutes away from the historic Jewish quarter with the Grand Synagogue, only a five-minute walk from the Váci shopping street and one 1-minute from the Danube riverbank. The center of the city, Deák Ferenc square, is less than 15 minutes walk away, while the M2 Astoria Metro Station, the most popular ruin bars, and other major attractions downtown are also easily accessible. Important information: Utility costs are house fees included in the rent prices up until the average consumption defined by the Hungarian Law; which is 144 m3 gas and 210 kWh electricity per month. The tenant shall pay the cost of the extra consumption based on the monthly bills that we receive after each completed calendar month.
