Location: Just around the corner from the Danube river, the flat has a very central location. It is close to various restaurants, bars, cafes, and shops. While located in the center, the studio resides in a quiet street, providing the best of both worlds. The closest metro, tram station (Corvin-negyed) is only a 5-minute walk away, while the bus stop Ráday utca is only one minute from the apartment. Most of Budapest's must-sees are also located within walking distance. Important information: Utility costs are house fees included in the rent prices up until the average consumption defined by the Hungarian Law; which is 144 m3 gas and 210 kWh electricity per month. The tenant shall pay the cost of the extra consumption based on the monthly bills that we receive after each completed calendar month.
