The flat is on the 3rd floor in a classical building (it’s without elevator). Rooms are furnished, the flat consists of a living room, two bedrooms (with double beds) and 2 bathrooms. Very bright and sunny . The flat is fully equipped; washing machine, dishwasher, Wi-Fi, big fridge, oven, microwave, toaster, ... The apartment is ideal for students or a family. Costs: - Our agency fee of 300 EUR is a one-time administration payment when you sign the contract. - Service Fee: €33 per month (covers management of all utility contracts). - Utilities: Approximately €85€ per month (based on consumption, payable monthly) - Common Cost: 19780 HUF (50 EUR) payable monthly.
