Studierende, Praktikanten oder Erasmus-Teilnehmer), die eine zentrale, gut angebundene Unterkunft suchen. Etage: 1. Stock (mit Aufzug) Ausstattung: voll möbliert (Bequeme Betten beide 180cm Breit und mit Memory-Foam Matratzen ausgestattet, Ledersofa, Schränke usw.) Küche: komplett ausgestattet (inkl. Geschirr, E-Herd, Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher, Toaster etc.). Zusätzliche Ausstattung kann nach Absprache bereitgestellt werden. Bad: mit Badewanne. Toilette ist separat. Eine neue LG Waschmaschine wurde vor kurzem in die Küche eingebaut. Sehr gute Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr (Trolleybus, Metro und Straßenbahn sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar), wodurch auch zahlreiche Universitäten und Hochschulen bequem erreichbar sind. The apartment is ideal for 1–2 persons (e.g. students, interns, or Erasmus participants) who are looking for centrally located accommodation with excellent public transport connections. Floor: 1st floor (with elevator) Furnishings: fully furnished (comfortable beds, both 180 cm wide and equipped with memory foam mattresses, leather sofa, wardrobes, etc.) Kitchen: fully equipped (incl. dishes, electric stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, etc.). Additional equipment can be provided upon request. Bathroom: with bathtub. The toilet is separate. A new LG washing machine was recently installed in the kitchen. The apartment has excellent public transport connections (trolleybus, metro, and tram can be reached within a few minutes), making many universities and colleges easily accessible. Application requirements: Please submit a short motivation letter (with personal details), a current certificate of enrollment, as well as proof of income or financial support (e.g. guarantee declaration).
