The apartment is ideal for students or young professionals looking for a home in a great central location. Please note that the apartment does not have a washing machine. However, this is not an issue, as there are several self-service laundries and dry cleaners within walking distance, located on Ó Street (Bubbles Self Service Laundry), Szófia Street (Vajnóczki Laundry & Dry Cleaner), Vadász Street and Szondi Street. During your stay, two sets of bed linen, bath towels, hand towels, and kitchen towels are provided. The rental fee includes a cleaning service, which is carried out on a monthly basis. 🙌🙂 The security deposit is one month’s rent for tenants staying 1–6 months, and two months’ rent for tenants staying longer than 6 months. Check-in and check-out are available on weekdays between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Outside of these hours, a €20 surcharge applies.
