With 2 large windows you get a flood of natural light flowing into the space. The kitchen has a breakfast bar with stools, gas stove, fridge, microwave oven and ample cupboard space. The bathroom, which is next to your cozy bedroom, is modern with black and white tiling and a shower stall. You have access to a separate, communal laundry room which has a washing machine and a dryer. Ixelles is a fairly large urban space in the suburb. It’s home to the Free University of Brussels, which is a 14-minute tram ride. Vrije University isn’t too far, either. The Ixelles Museum isn’t too far from your door, and the Lumen Theater is only 2 minutes away. With a walk around your block, you’ll find a yoga center, a couple of bars and a few restaurants. With a 1-minute walk around the corner, you’ll find a pharmacy, as well as a small supermarket. The area is well-connected and you can get to downtown Brussels by bus in roughly 25 minutes.
