Het appartement is geschikt voor 1 persoon, maar ook voor een koppel. Het appartement heeft een volledig nieuwe keuken en badkamer, is volledig bemeubeld en uitgerust. Ben je klaar om enkele maanden in Brussel te verblijven? Stuur mij gerust een berichtje als je meer vragen hebt of interesse in het appartement. Bereikbaarheid van het appartement: - 15’ stappen van Centraal Station, 20’ stappen van Zuidstation (treinen, metro’s, bussen, trams) - 5’ stappen naar tram Poelaert (tram) - 10’ stappen naar metro Louiza (metro, tram, bus) - 15’ stappen naar Beurs of de Grote Markt Over de wijk: - Deze locatie in het centrum van de stad is de ideale uitvalbasis om overal in Brussel te geraken - De Marollen staan bekend voor de leuke winkeltjes, vele tweedehandswinkels, antiekzaken en de dagelijkse rommelmarkt op het Vossenplein - Er zijn veel supermarkten in de buurt, maar ook een van mijn favoriete biowinkels van de stad (Les Tanneurs) of bakkers (Pinpin) - Op zondag is er altijd een hele grote markt aan het Zuidstation voor betaalbare producten - In de buurt zijn héél veel leuke koffiebars, cafés en restaurantjes - Dichtbij parken: het gezellige Egmontpark is op 5 minuten stappen, Warandepark op 15 minuten, maar je kan ook makkelijk de tram nemen naar het Ter Kamerenbos, dat aansluit op het Zoniënwoud - Er is een zwembad op nog geen 10 minuten wandelafstand (Vossenplein) - Het plein waarop het appartement zicht bevindt is autovrij, waardoor je weinig overlast hebt van een drukke autoweg Praktische info: - Het appartement is volledig bemeubeld en uitgerust, inclusief wasmachine. Je hoeft enkel je persoonlijke spullen en handdoeken mee te brengen. Wil je zeker zijn of iets aanwezig is? Vraag het gerust. - De ingebouwde kast in de slaapkamer zorgt ervoor dat er veel opbergruimte is. - Als je een fiets hebt, kun je gebruik maken van een beveiligde fietsparking op 3 minuten stappen van het appartement. - Het is in dit appartement mogelijk om je te domiciliëren.
