The Smart Studio High is a studio with private bathroom located on floors 9-14 of the building. The size of the main room is around 15 square meters. The room is furnished with a 120 cm. bed, a wardrobe and storage shelves, a study area with desk and chair and finally a living area with table, two stools and a kitchen with sink, refrigerator, induction hob, electric and microwave oven. The heating is centralized and the room is equipped with a practical thermostat to manage the internal temperature. The private bathroom measures approximately 4 square meters and is equipped with a comfortable shower. Visitors are not allowed in the Gym and Cinema Room. 2. Guests must be identified at the Reception. All guests should be met by the resident. 3. All Guests are required to leave their personal ID at the Accommodation Team. 4. Residents will be responsible for their guests. *When booking this property through Roomless, the tenant will be charged Roomless' service fee. The first monthly rent, administrative costs and all remaining payments will be paid directly to the residence once the booking request is confirmed.
