Enjoy Berlin in our 88 sqm, sunny, cosy and comfortable loft flat in the centre of Prenzlauer Berg. It is located on the top floor of an old renovated factory floor and has 1 living room, 2 bedrooms and 1 open-plan kitchen. The accommodation The living room is a sunny 56 square metre room with an open-plan kitchen and fireplace. A cosy sofa invites you to laze around. A rustic wooden dining table with seven chairs (+ 1 high chair) is available for dining. The 20 square metre bedroom has a 1.80 m wide (URL HIDDEN) bed and another 12 square metre bedroom with a 90 cm bed for one person. The kitchen is brand new and fully equipped with everything you need for daily use and a little more for pleasure - a five burner cooker. The bathroom has a bathtub and washbasin as well as underfloor heating. Of course we have a washing machine and a dishwasher. Access for guests You can use all the kitchen equipment, bed linen and towels. The flat has a fireplace and wood is available.
