But if you are an academic you may not even need to travel: Adlershof is known for its university institutes (Humboldt) and the HTW (Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft). If you book this apartment, the following rules apply: If your booking start date is between the 1st to the 15th of the month, the full month's rent is due. If your booking start date is between the 16th and the last day of the month, the second half month's rent is due. If your end date of booking is between the 1st to the 15th of the month, the first half month's rent is due.
