Hi there! I’m renting out my apartment from June 1st to July 31st, possibility of extending the stay. It’s located in a lovely area of Friedrichshain, close to Prenzlauer Berg. The apartment is around 50–60 sqm and is located on the 3rd floor with an elevator. It features a beautiful terrace where you can enjoy your breakfast in the sun. Thoughtfully decorated by an interior designer and filled with natural light, it’s perfect for working from home or enjoying the city. The apartment comes fully furnished (as shown in the pictures), and all utilities are included in the rent. The deposit is €1,000. Everything you need is just steps away, cafés, restaurants, gyms, markets, and beautiful parks. It’s ideal for a single person or a couple. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out!
