Famous Kaskelkiez is around, restaurant area Sonntag Str. is 10 min walk, fancy Boxhagener Platz takes 15 min, a walk to the romantic Rummelsburger Bucht only 8 min. The apartment is brand new, just built - 2-2023, you are the first mover! It is perfect for single/couple (with baby) who are looking for a smart place - good public transport and not too far from the "fancy Berlin". The new business district "Lasker Kiez" is 5 min by bike. Fischerstr. is a special green island in Berlin. It ends into the green strip to Karlshorst. Lückpark is just behind the location and opposite is the Max Taut School - a fancy, well-known Bauhaus building from the 30s. Parking (also e-cars) available.
