Welcome to Sydneskleiven 4! An absolutely lovely apartment centrally located on a pedestrian street at the center of Bergen. The neighborhood is very charming and is surrounded by traditional wooden houses on a cobbled street in the city. Plenty of facilities just outside the door, yet sheltered from the noise of the city. The space The apartment has a good standard, and has been significantly upgraded in recent years, especially between 2020 and 2024.The living room measures 19 square meters and is comfortably furnished.The kitchen is equipped with a dining table with 4 chairs. The kitchen is also equipped with an integrated microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, and fridge/freezer.The apartment has two spacious and one smaller bedroom. The master bedroom measures 18.6 square meters and has a double bed, Bedroom 2 is equipped with a bunk bed. The third bedroom has a single bed measuring approx. 8 sq m.There is also a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.There is also a joint roof terrace at the fifth floor for guests to use.The terrace is also used by other occupants so it may already be occupied.Please note that while the apartment is furnished, the actual decor and furniture may differ slightly from the pictures in the ad. Variations may include different styles, colors, or furniture pieces, but the overall quality and comfort will remain consistent. Other things to note We will require a 2-month deposit. The apartment is currently fully furnished, however can be available without if needed (for long-term contracts over 1-year only). We were a family of 5 living here the last 4-years with 3 small kids. The apartment is ideal for families and singles alike!
