Due to its convenient distribution, it is perfect for a comfortable stay of a few months for upto 4 persons! Due to its location you will be able to enjoy the ideal barcelonian lifestyle: get your fresh breakfast at La Boqueria Market first thing in the morning, buy the newspaper at any of the Kiosks and sit on one of the emblematic terrace’s to read what's moving the earth today. And you will have all this close to home! If you long for these local experiences, then you will definitely love staying in this apartment. Proof will be required prior to check-in to confirm the purpose and duration of the visit. Practical details: 1 Bedroom with a Queen size bed 1 Bedroom with 2 single beds 1 Living room with a sofa, dining table and an auxiliary table with TV. 1 Kitchen equipped with all its necessary tools, such as: a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, etc.. 2 French balconies 1 Full bathroom with bathtub 1 Front load washing machine 1 Hot and cold air inverter in the living room 1 Heater in the main bedroom High-speed Wi-Fi Location: This apartment is located in the best area of "La Rambla", the most known and cosmopolitan boulevard of (hidden). It is just a few meters from Plaça Catalunya and most emblematic sights of the city. At a stone’s throw you will find the Boqueria Market, Grand Theater of Liceu, as well as the Gothic Quarter. Located right in the middle of the old town, you can stroll through the Medieval looking streets until you reach the harbour and will be astounded by the exclusive boats you will see there. Passed the harbour, you will find the Barceloneta neighborhood. In this area there are many great seafood restaurants, tapas bars and of course the beach of (hidden)! Make sure to enjoy a cocktail on one of the many exclusive terraces next to the boulevard. When going to the other direction coming out of the apartment building, you will find Passeig de Gràcia, la Rambla de Catalunya and the Eixample Quarter with a huge range of exclusive shops , and two of the most well-known buildings in the world by the famous architect Antoni Gaudí: the Batlló House and Milà House, also known as La Pedrera. District: Ciutat Vella (between el Raval and el Gótico) Nearest grocery store: 90 meters away Nearest pharmacy: 20 meters away Nearest Beach: (hidden)'s Beach is located at 2.5 kilometers from the building Nearest Ferry: (hidden)'s Port at 1.5 Kilometers Transportation: We highly recommend to move around walking and using public transportation, as downtown isn't the best place to park a car. If you rent a scooter, though, you will manage just perfect! Nearest Metro station: Catalunya, 120 meters away (hidden) airport: (hidden)'s airport is located 16 kilometers away, about 20-25 minutes from the flat. Use the AeroBus for best convenience. Important Comments: * (hidden) reservations: - Utility fees are paid separately (via our App), 6€ per day for up to 2 people. +2€/day for extra guests. - Damage deposit does not apply. * Towels: - Beach towels are not provided. - Any extra set (towels or sheets) is 15€. - The cleaning fee is for the final cleaning at the end of your stay.
