Its location is 10 minutes far walking from Las Ramblas and 15 minutes far walking from Plaza Catalunya. The apartment is brand new and never previously used. It is located on a 2nd floor of a building without lift. The property is 50m2 and has two double bedrooms, open kitchen-dining room and one bathroom. It has AC unit with heating function and is fully equipped. It is bright during the entire day as all areas of the apartment have window.
