This apartment is exclusively available for temporary stays related to leisure, holidays, recreational or cultural activities such as congresses, fairs or festivals, as well as short-term work or study stays. The minimum stay is 32 days and the maximum is 11 months. You will need to provide ID/passport, proof of solvency (contract, payslips, bank statement), and sign a document with the owner declaring that you are staying for leisure and tourism purposes. SEASONAL RENTAL MIN 32 DAYS – MAX 11 MONTHS This cozy 40 m2 studio is located on the ground floor of a newly built building on Carrer de Picalquers, in a central location surrounded by shops, restaurants, and with excellent public transport connections. If the tenant wishes to pay by credit card at our office, please be aware that a 2% surcharge will apply. Once the payments have been confirmed in our accounts, we will proceed with the signing of the final contract and the handover of the keys.
