The apartment is quite spacious, newly renovated and painted, has a balcony with two chairs and unobstructed views, two bathrooms and a large kitchen, there is heating, Internet and a lady comes to clean every 2 months. The room is exterior with a balcony, has a wardrobe, table, chair, double bed. Utilities (gas, electricity, internet, water) are included in the price with a limit (20 eur). 1 month deposit.
