The houseboat is very conveniently situated, within 15 minutes walking distance to the train station, and 2 minutes to the famous Noordermarkt (farmer market on Saturdays). The houseboat is a long studio apartment of about 50 m2, fully equipped with drinking water, electricity, gas and internet. The entrance has a little bridge with a small table and two chairs. Additionally, the entire roof terrace of the house is accessible with a ladder and has a long-chair. The houseboat has a wide window in the living-room looking out onto the canal and two roof-lights. The house has 1 queen bed, 1 table, 6 Panton chairs, 1 Swan chair and 1 convertible TEDDY Sofa from OMHU of Olive colour (different from the pictures). The house is equipped with a dishwasher, a washing / dryer machine. The house also has a gas fireplace. High quality bedding provided. The houseboat was renovated in January 2020 (outside) and November 2020 (inside). Internet - KPN (DSL). - Plan: 50 Mbits/s download and 5 Mbits/s upload. - Test on Nov 21, 2020: 9 Mbits/s download, 4 Mbits/s upload, 9ms latency (ping). - A monitor screen is also available: Dell, P2415Q, 60,47 cm (23,8'').
