Modern & complete furniture: Bed, desk with chair, wardrobe, and everything you need for your living/sleeping area. Climate control: Air conditioning (hot/cold), so you'll be comfortable in any season. Light, space & assignment (Important Note): All studios share the same modern style and amenities, but they may vary slightly in size and window type (you might get a skylight/roof window, a French window, or a standard window). To keep things simple, we've set a single, fixed price. You are welcome to request a specific window type when booking, and we will do our best to accommodate it. However, if your preferred option is unavailable, the studio will be assigned based on current availability. Politecnico di Torino & UPO (DiSIT in Viale Teresa Michel): Only a 12-minute bike ride away! The Residence & Community The residence is divided into three separate but connected blocks. Even though you have your own private studio, you'll have full access to the shared community spaces: Dedicated study room for when you want to study with others or need deep focus. Relaxation areas where you can unwind and socialize with other students in the residence. On-site concierge (portineria) for daily support, parcel delivery, and assistance. Outdoor spaces: An inner courtyard equipped with a convenient bike rack to park your bicycle safely! Laundry: There is a super convenient coin-operated laundromat right across the street from the building! (We are currently working on a special discount for our students, and evaluating the addition of washing machines inside the building in the future). Why choose this solution? (Note: an adjustment fee will only be applied in case of excessive or improper use). Professional management with clear and transparent contracts. Practical Info for Check-in Entry fee: A one-time fee of €300 is required. This covers contract registration, initial cleaning, and insurance coverage. Before moving in: To hand over the keys, we require the signed contract, payment of the entry fee, and the security deposit. Check-in hours: Monday to Friday, from 14:00 to 17:00. Need to arrive in the evening, on a weekend, or a holiday? No problem! We offer flexible check-in options with a small additional fee. Flexibility: Need to leave your studio earlier than expected? Early termination is possible if you find a suitable replacement tenant (a €250 administrative fee applies for the handover paperwork).
