Tiene 4 habitaciones dobles, una de ellas con baño privado, baño doble y aseo, cocina con un pequeño balcón y salón. -Habitación 1 precio 465€. -Habitación 2 precio 445€. -Habitación 2 precio 465€. -Habitación 4 precio 505€ con baño privado. Todas las habitaciones tienen cama doble, armario, mesillas, mesa y silla de estudio, estanterías, televisión, lámpara/ventilador y todo tipo de comodidades. Ropa de cama incluida. La cocina está totalmente equipada, con todos los electrodomésticos y menaje. El precio de las habitaciones es desde 445€ hasta 495€ dependiendo del tamaño. En el precio están incluidos todos los gastos de suministros: luz, agua, calefacción, comunidad e internet. Ante la obligación, por parte del arrendador, de contratar un seguro de responsabilidad civil, que cubra los daños, perjuicios y riesgos en los que puede recaer el inquilino, en la primera factura se cobrará al arrendatario un importe de cuarenta euros (40€), coste proporcional del seguro durante la vigencia del contrato. La gestión del alquiler de la habitación conlleva unos gastos de 90€, que se imputarán únicamente en la primera factura del alquiler.
