The accommodation is a view steps to shopping, a 10-minute walk to the Opera House and just across the road from the lakeside area. The apartment is fully equipped including flat screen TV and WiFi. The bed sofa in the living room provides additional space for guests. Household appliances such as microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, iron, vacuum cleaner and hairdryer are available. The kitchen is equipped with the usual utensils such as pots, pans, dishes and cutlery. The following services are included in the rent: - free Wifi and digital TV - Free usage of the washing and drying machines (in the building) - final cleaning Please be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging contact details and offering viewings is not possible.
