Bathroom with bathtub, separate toilet, and separate kitchen. The kitchen and bathroom are a bit dated but functional. You will also have one parking space in the courtyard. The apartment is rented furnished (tables, chairs, a sofa, two double beds, etc.) with a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, gas hob and oven, microwave, washing machine, etc.). Heating is entirely electric. Electricity costs will be your responsibility and are not included in the rent : in winter, if you heat a lot, they can amount to more than €200 per month, in summer you will not have much to pay. The thermal and sound insulation is new (roof and windows completely renovated in 2014). Ideal for sharing; it can easily be divided into two separate and independent floors (with a shared kitchen and bathroom). 14 km from Paris by car, and 5km from Orly airport. The house is very close to bus 297 and the Paladin shuttle, which take you to Antony station (RER B) in fifteen minutes and to Chemin d'Antony station (RER C) in ten minutes.
