Historic building from 1900 with modern vibes in the heart of Wiesbaden. This is a raised ground-floor studio with 18.8 square meters. The apartment was completely rebuilt in (hidden), thus it is a new construction within an old building. It features underfloor heating powered by a heat pump. The flooring is covered with marble tiles. The walls are insulated with a Multipor/lime plaster system, which ensures a pleasant indoor climate. Due to this insulation system, there is a strict no-smoking policy in this unit. The bathroom includes a very large walk-in shower. The windows are modern soundproof windows with electric shutters that can also be controlled with the existing Alexa. Tiles will soon be laid on the balcony. Next to the fully equipped kitchen, you will find a 160cmx200cm box spring bed, a seating area by the window, and a large TV with a Fire TV Stick. You will receive a package mailbox that can accommodate packages of medium size. The ceiling lights can be dimmed, and the light color can be adjusted. There is indirect lighting that can be set to any color. In the apartment, there is a painting (on loan) by the Spanish artist Juan Ruiz-Gonzalez, which can be exchanged for another or purchased as a keepsake.
